1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AnygetTravel platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

AnygetTravel provides an NDC (New Distribution Capability) aggregation platform that enables travel agencies to access airline content, book flights, and manage bookings through a single API or desktop interface. Our services include:

• NDC content aggregation from multiple airlines
• Booking and ticketing services
• Post-booking servicing (changes, cancellations, refunds)
• Back-office integration via AIR/MIR files
• Traveler profile management
• API access for third-party integrations

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. IATA Compliance

As an IATA-certified NDC aggregator, both AnygetTravel and its users must comply with IATA resolutions, policies, and standards, including but not limited to:

• IATA Resolution 812g (Agent Reporting)
• IATA Resolution 850m (Agency Program)
• NDC Implementation Guide standards
• BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) regulations
• PCI DSS requirements for payment processing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Transmit any malware or harmful code
• Use the Services to engage in fraudulent activities
• Share your credentials with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by AnygetTravel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Certain services may require payment. By using paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for fees incurred
• Comply with BSP settlement timelines where applicable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnygetTravel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnygetTravel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
